Piling work
We call our field of work adaptive hydraulic engineering and foundation engineering. Our specialists, knowledge and advanced equipment can successfully complete the most challenging foundation work along any waterfront. We install quay walls, combi walls, mooring and directional resources that are high quality, safe and keep one eye on the next generation. Our integrated approach to design, engineering, steel structures and in-house piling equipment allows us to build the highest quality marine structures in unique working conditions.
Constructions
Hakkers is the specialist in building structures made of concrete, steel and wood. The prefabrication, installation and renovation of simple to complex steel structures has become Hakkers’ specialism over the years. Wooden structures and the finishing of nautical facilities are sawn and shaped by our own skilled craftsmen. We are proud of the fact that we can fabricate a wide variety of concrete structures either on-site or in our workshops.
Dredging, coastal and shoreline works
Most projects on the boundary between land and water require excavation and/or deepening of the site. Hakkers carries out such work independently using its specialised equipment. We always have the required knowledge because no underground situation is the same. We have the in-house expertise to always find a well-reasoned solution for every challenge. For example, we have all the necessary resources to safely dredge areas with suspected contaminants and/or unexploded bombs.
Heavy lift
Hakkers has years of experience with complex and heavy lifting and foundation work from the water, often in unique circumstances. We frequently work in the Netherlands and Germany, installing and extracting lock gates, bridges and dams. And we are accustomed to sailing and transporting large marine and civil structures in demanding environments. With a capacity of up to 250 tons, our pontoons are strong yet compact. This makes them usable even in inner cities. Our in-house knowledge and engineering means we can find a well-reasoned solution for every project.
