Safety is paramount. We want everyone to return home safely to their families at night. That is how it should be and we stand behind this principle. Our safety programme ‘We work using HAK’ goes beyond a focus on safety… It is our culture. We Help each other as needed, we Address each other when something could be done better or something is not working, and we Know each other and our work.
We connect with each other through fun staff activities. We have annual meetings to celebrate successes and anniversaries, a wonderful Christmas hamper and, of course, excellent primary and secondary employment conditions. But above all, we are committed to caring for our staff and to personal ‘sustainability’, the opportunity to continue developing towards a happy future.
